Game On! Arby’s Levels Up With Cuphead Limited-Edition Kids Meal Toys

King Features Syndicate, home to some of the world’s most popular entertainment characters, today announced a new partnership with Arby’s Restaurant Group to bring collectible Cuphead tokens and papercraft toys to every Arby’s Game On Kids Meal. Fans of the global gaming sensation can find the Cuphead branded kids’ meal program across 3,300 US and 85 Canada locations now.

Studio MDHR’s highly acclaimed video game, Cuphead, continues to be celebrated by fans around the world for its arcade-action gameplay, highly original art design and award-winning soundtrack featuring almost three hours of original jazz, early big band and ragtime music. A true cultural phenomenon, the game has sold over 6 million units worldwide and won over 20 major awards. Cuphead is also readying to take the small screen by storm with The Cuphead Show!, a Netflix animated all-family adaptation of the popular video game scheduled for release in 2021.

Arby’s will carry the collection featuring fan favorites Cuphead, Mugman, Ms. Chalice, Elder Kettle and more, for approximately 12 weeks. With every kids’ meal purchase, fans will receive one of eight limited-edition toys from the collection, consisting of either a character-based launcher token or a papercraft boss kit that kids can build on their own. Each premium also includes access to a special digital experience—Cuphead face filters—which can be activated via the exclusive Arby’s Cuphead app. Additionally, Cuphead will come to life on Arby’s branded kids’ meal bags with designs inspired by the characters and gameplay.

The partnership with Arby’s is an opportunity for the brand to connect with families, fans and gamers of all ages as it continues to “feed the fandom” with its Game On Kids Meal.

The Arby’s partnership comes on the heels of recent product launches for the hit gaming property including an exclusive apparel collection with pop culture retailer, Forbidden Planet, as well as high-end character statues from Legion Studios.
